VERY glitchy and no support, buyer beware

This app simply doesn’t work as promised. At the moment: GIFs don’t play, video sometimes plays, sometimes doesn’t, photos have stopped showing when I click on them to enlarge/view.

Several messages to support, both on their website and on their Facebook page, have gone unanswered for weeks. Really uncool, really disappointing. Buyer beware...
